A popular spot for day visitors and campers.
Sandy Cape Recreation Area is located in a small sheltered area north of Jurien Bay. It is a Shire campground and recreation area popular with campers and day visitors. The camp is on a first come, first serve basis. The pet-friendly site is accessible to motorhomes, caravans, camper trailers, and big rigs with areas suitable for tents.

Sandy Cape is 12km North of Jurien Bay via Gravel Road

Fee is $20/night
Paid at the honour box in the information bay along the entry road or to the caretakers on-site.

Facilities available are toilets, showers, BBQ area, picnic table, and fire pits.

THINGS TO DO
The campsite is 2WD-accessible but there are excellent 4WD tracks and sand dunes. It is also perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and fishing.
