Camp Kooyoora is surrounded by thousands of acres of Kooyoora State Park, and is the brain child of Barb and Ian Collie. Situated only 45 mins N/E of Bendigo in Victoria, Camp Kooyoora is set on 78 acres of beautiful private bushland and is the perfect place for families and pets to reconnect with nature. With magnificent views and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, make sure you don’t forget your camera. At night, watch shooting stars, satellites and southern constellations pass on by or just sleep under the brilliance of the Milky Way.

There are two 2 uniquely featured sites available and private. The main site is large enough for 20-30 tents with caravans and horses. This campsite offers you an outdoor kitchen with pots, pans and gas cooking, a large fire pit, an undercover coonara, shower and toilet. A fresh rainwater tank on site with fresh drinking water from the main house tanks. Large groups are more than welcome.

The second site is smaller and suited to couples or singles. Offering a medium fire pit, water tank for washing up and a toilet, this site is away from the main amenities.Tucked away closer to the mountain, the smaller site has a full view of Mount Kooyoora and open orchard paddock.

With so much to see and do from bush walking, the tracks on the property and beyond, mountain biking and bird watching and acres of space to run and explore, you’ll be sure the kids, dogs and horses will be well entertained so you can sit back, relax and relish in the serenity and freedom away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life. The site is set up and ready to go.
