Bridgewater Public Caravan Park (CP)

Relax along the banks of the Loddon River.

Bridgewater Public Caravan Park is situated on the banks of the Loddon River, within walking distance to the town precinct. The caravan park offers 98 large caravan sites, 17 tent sites and a cabin. They also have an on-site manager who can help you get the most out of your stay by providing information about Bridgewater and the tourist attractions in and around the Loddon Valley Region.

The dog-friendly park is accessible to campers, caravans, motorhomes, and big rigs with areas suitable for tents. Many of the sites have views making this an ideal destination for families, groups, and those just seeking a quiet break away.

HOW TO GET THERE
Bridgewater is 39km North of Bendigo or 8km South of Inglewood on the Calder Highway (A79). From either direction turn South on Park Street (Post Office on opposite corner) at the Eastern end of the Loddon River bridge.  The Caravan Park is 550m on the right.

FEES & BOOKINGS
Fees are from $27/night per couple for unpowered sites and $37/night per couple for powered sites. Please note that prices will vary according to the seasons.

FACILITIES
The park has great facilities such as a camp kitchen, swimming pool with shade cover, jumping pillow, shaded children’s playground, BBQ facilities, two amenities blocks with laundry facilities, access to the boat ramp (a permit and fee to launch a boat must be obtained from the caravan park office), accessible viewing platform and river access, walking path along the foreshore to the boat ramp, main street and swimming hole (older children and adults).
