Excellent place for a stop over.

Close to Avon Terrace the Janet Millett Lane RV (Recreational Vehicle) Friendly site is located on the opposite side of the Avon River from the town centre.

RV’s are welcome to stay overnight. All vehicles must be fully self-contained as there are no amenities at this location.

Awesome spot, well done York. Only problem are those who are generator dependant run them for hours which destroys the peace and quiet of this lovely facility. Be the best free camp for hundreds of km’s if generators were banned. 24 hrs free camp allows you to spend plenty in town. Nguyen’s Bakery is awesome. Thanks again York. Wouldn’t have visited if not for this free RV camp to keep costs down whilst on the road for 10 months.
