There are a total of 37 sites at this location. The location is suitable for Caravans, Camper Trailers, Camping beside my vehicle, and Tents.
Nestled behind the dunes in the northern reaches of the park, it’s the perfect spot for happy campers who love the feel of sand beneath their feet.
Not far from Seal Rocks, you’ll soon be unloading the car or trailer with fishing, paddling and boating gear. Once you’ve settled in, it’s time to explore. Submarine Beach walking track will beckon and you’ll spend your days surfing, fishing, swimming, and exploring the golden beaches. Nearby walking tracks link to Mining Road fire trail/Old Gibber fire trail, which provides a taste of the wetlands.

SITE ACCESS
Unsealed road/trail – 2WD vehicles – All weather.
Yagon campground is in the Seal Rocks precinct of Myall Lakes National Park. To get there from Pacific Highway: Turn onto The Lakes Way 3km north of Bulahdelah. Travel along The Lakes Way for 26km then turn onto Seal Rocks Road at Bungwahl. Follow this road 10km then turn right just before the Seal Rocks shop and continue to the end.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you as close to the campsite as possible, or to the National Park entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual campgrounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions.

FEES & BOOKINGS
Vehicle entry fee: $8 per vehicle per day. Or an annual pass.

RULES
Water is not available at this campground so you’ll need to bring your own supply for drinking and cooking.
This is a remote campground, so please make sure you arrive well prepared.
Strong rips and currents may be present at Submarine Beach, so take care in the water and please supervise children at all times.
