Warner Glen campground is on the banks of Chapman Brook near it’s confluence with the Blackwood River. There are nine individual camp sites which are suitable for campervans, camper trailers, caravans and tents and a separate ‘open’ camping area that can accommodate five tents. The ‘open’ area is ideal for small groups camping together.

SITE ACCESS
25km from Margaret River via Warner Glen Road.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions

FEES & BOOKINGS
Per night: $11 adult (16 years or older), $7 concession, $3 child (6-15 years), no fee for children 5 years and under.
Bookings cannot me made.
The campground, and the whole of the South West Capes area, is very popular during school holidays and weekends from October to April, particularly public holiday weekends. Be prepared with an alternative place to stay at these times in case there is no suitable site available.

We cannot give any guarantee of availability of camp sites and we cannot respond to enquiries for specific availability information.

FACILITIES
There are undercover gas barbeques.

THINGS TO DO
A ramp at the adjacent Chapman Pool ‘day use’ areas provide access to Chapman Brook and, just 200m downstream, the Blackwood River, for swimming and launching canoes and kayaks. There is a short walk trail through the forest and platforms with bench seats and views across the pool and brook.

GUIDELINES
Generators are not permitted in any part of the campground.
Campfires are usually permitted, in the provided fire rings only, between April 15 and November 30 but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Bring your own firewood. When fire restrictions are in place campfires must not be lit and any appliance powered by burning solid fuel must not be used. Always comply with any instructions at campgrounds and parks.
Campers’ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).
Campers’ are encouraged to follow the simple principles of Leave No Trace to minimise the environmental impact of their visit.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
