Camping is available at Walyunga National park by booking online only; there are only 5 Sites available here; Park access fees also apply, see below for details.

SITE ACCESS
The park is 40km north-east of Perth, and 20km north of Midland along the Great Northern Highway. It takes about an hour to reach from Perth, via the Great Northern Highway and Walyunga Road. The park is open between 8am and 5pm daily.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions

FEES & BOOKINGS
Fees are from $8/adult per night, $6/concession card holder per night, $3/child per night (over 5 and under 16 years)

Bushwalking, canoeing, picnicking, bird watching, wildflower viewing and camping.

GUIDELINES
Campfires are usually permitted, in the provided fire rings only, between April 15 and November 30 but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Bring your own firewood. When fire restrictions are in place campfires must not be lit and any appliance powered by burning solid fuel must not be used. Always comply with any instructions at campgrounds and parks.
Campers’ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).
Campers’ are encouraged to follow the simple principles of Leave No Trace to minimise the environmental impact of their visit.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
