This small protected campsite behind the Dunes and well sheltered. It is right on the Bruny Island Neck, which is an isthmus of land connecting north and south Bruny Island, but it is outside of the National Park. Caravan and motorhome access is available.

SITE ACCESS
Bruny Island lies just off the south-east coast of Tasmania. D’Entrecasteaux Channel separates the island from mainland Tasmania. From Hobart, the island can be reached by travelling south on the Southern Outlet (A6) to Kingston, and then continuing to Kettering on the B68, some 40 km (and about 40 minutes) south of Hobart.
A vehicular ferry departs from Kettering. Departures are at regular intervals throughout the day, and the trip takes about 15 minutes. The ferry takes you to Roberts Point, on north Bruny Island. From Roberts Point you travel by road (sealed & unsealed) to the southern part of the island.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you as close to the camp site as possible, or to the National Park entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions.

Very sheltered. Easy access and convenient position on the island. Ned to be mostly self contained. One clean drop toilet.
