The Morning Glory Restaurant

When you are in remote locations it can be hard to find good food, which is why this place is such a Gem.

They are renowned for providing some of the best food in the Gulf, their meals have an Asian influence and their Thai salads a big hit, as it their full range menu including Beef, Chicken and the local, Barra all on offer.

Morning Glory is also a food takeaway and supplies bread, pies, sausage rolls other bakery products baked freshly on the premises daily.

Morning Glory is also licensed, and conveniently located right in the middle of Burketown and they are open 7 days a week. Rosie is your host and she, along with the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcome all travels to call in for a meal, relaxing drink or just to say Hi and pick up on some local Goss.

HOW TO GET THERE
Located in the heart of Burketown and opposite the Pub, they are easy to find on the intersection of the main Highway (aka Nardo-Burketown Road)

SITE ACCESS
There is plenty of parking out the front if you are just passing, otherwise, park up at the local Caravan Park or Campsite and head on in for dinner.
