Tamworth North Holiday Park is placed in a quite rural setting, with only a ten minute drive to the main street of Tamworth. We offer you quality accommodation, with the emphasis on cleanliness, comfort and affordability. Enjoy easy access to our grassed, drive through powered and unpowered caravan and tent sites. Our range of air-conditioned bunkhouse rooms, non-ensuite cabins, standard and deluxe ensuite cabins will satisfy even the fussiest traveller. Our facilities include spotless amenities, coin operated laundry, dump point, free gas barbeques, fully equipped camp kitchen and outdoor swimming pool with shade sails. We are pet friendly and offer a large open space for your pets to exercise as well as having designated pet friendly cabins. We are an easy 5-minute walk to the Nemingha Hotel and Bistro and Post Office and there is a Service Station and Take Away restaurant next door to the park. Courtesy bus services are available on request from Tamworth’s major clubs and there are bus services to town daily. HOW TO GET THERE
From Tamworth follow the Oxley Highway North-East  to Nemingha and turn left at the BP, the Park is behind on the left.  From the North drive through Nemingha and turn right at the BP as above.

THINGS TO DO
Tamworth hosts the internationally renowned Tamworth Country Music Festival in January each year. The Tamworth Regional Entertainment Centre and the Australia Livestock and Equine Centre also have a full program of events catering for all tastes and age groups.

Lake Keepit and Chaffey Dam are both a short drive away with their many activities including water sports, fishing, bushwalking and picknicking. For a lovely day trips, visit the old gold mining town of Nundle and Australia’s Koala capital, Gunnedah.

Tamworth has beautifully maintained parks and gardens where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or energetic walk along the Kamilaroi Track, winding its way through the Oxley Park and linking the Marsupial Park, Oxley Lookout & Flagstaff Mountain. The Tamworth Regional and Weswal Galleries are a cultural delight. Complete a historical tour of Calala Cottage, Tamworth Power Station Museum and the Powerhouse Motorcycle Museum.
