A quiet Showgrounds on the North Eastern reaches of Brisbane but not always open, ring ahead to book.
Many showgrounds offer affordable and convenient locations to camp, especially for larger RV’s. Many will also permit pets. However, many showgrounds are closed at certain times of the year due to the Annual Show or other events. It is always best to check their website or call ahead to avoid disappointment.
HOW TO GET THERE
From the roundabout in Samford Village take Mount Glorious Road for 6.9km and turn right into Showgrounds Drive. The entrance is 850m on the left.
SITE ACCESS
Must ring ahead to book as gate is locked and grounds not available during events including some weddings.
