Riverton Caravan Park provides a peaceful parkland setting centrally located to explore the Burra Region and the well known wine region of the Clare and Barossa Valley. Situated in the heart of the picturesque Gilbert Valley and surrounded by farming land, Riverton Caravan Park offers a range of camping and caravan sites and self contained cabin accommodation.
Sites are grassy, powered and unpowered and offer plenty of shade from the abundance of trees that are scattered throughout the park. Drive thru sites are available if you don’t feel like unhitching. Pets are allowed in the campgrounds but at the managers discretion so best to check when booking. The park has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay and the new adventure playground, that is easily seen from all areas of the park, will keep the kids occupied for hours.
If your looking for a night out of the van, or maybe you want to catch up with family and friends who aren’t the avid camper, there are Standard Cabins, an En-suite Cabin and a (wheelchair friendly) Deluxe Family Cabin available that all sleep from 4 – 6 people.
Riverton is well facilitated with everything you need and the local shops, cafes and pubs are only a short walk from the park if you need any additional supplies or feel like eating out.
Resident Managers Peter and Carolyn Lock look forward to hearing from you soon!
