Peppers Plain Farm House (HO)

We are looking for someone to help out on our property in return for accommodation.

Large 4 bedroom farmhouse and house garden with small orchard House paddock of approximately 3 acres on a low ridge surrounded by broad acres farmland (the nearest neighbour is around 2km away).  Large Deck with lawned area.
Farm sheds suitable for largest RV’s if required.  The house needs some maintenance but is comfortable and is furnished if required.

The farm is on 400acres and is 15km from Jeparit, home of the Wimmera River and Lake Hindmarsh, 30km from Warracknabeal. The area is all broadacre agriculture. 

Tasks required in return for accommodation could include assisting with re-stumping one wall of the house, bathroom improvements, carpentry, garden work such as mulching with pea straw, native grass plantings, orchard extension, hydroponic gardens, chook shed removal or repair, barn stabilisation, machinery shed maintenance, tractor maintenance, mowing, Evaporative Air cooler install, Tennis court repairs (need bitumen in cracks and rolling) etc. etc…
