THINGS TO DO

44 camp sites situated above a rock-shelf shoreline with access to a small sandy beach for all visitors.

Osprey Bay is situated above a rock-shelf shoreline which has small sandy enclaves exposed at low tide. Campsites have no shade.

Off the small sandy beach, a short walk from the campground, visitors have the option to swim, snorkel, canoe or simply relax on the beautiful shoreline.

A walktrail leads north to Sandy Bay and is located adjacent the Osprey Sanctuary Zone of Ningaloo Marine Park. Like many other localities along the marine park, Osprey Bay is a shore-based recreational fishing zone, which allows recreational fishers to fish from the shore only, as the remainder of the waters are within the Sanctuary Zone. Before fishing anywhere in Ningaloo Marine Park, always ‘know your zones’ and comply with size, bag and seasonal limits (fish.wa.gov.au).

GUIDELINES
No Campfires or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time.
Campers’ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).
All vehicle and trailer parking is within the boundaries of individual camp sites only: one vehicle per camp site. Campervan and tent campers may have room within the sites to additionally park a trailer.
The maximum number of campers over five years old permitted at each site is six.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
