Nakadoo is a family business-owned farm that has come together from a life working in the bush based strongly from their strong sense of community. Located north of Coonamble on the Castlereagh Highway, the farm offers free camp suitable for caravans and campers with basic facilities.
With a free billy tea, Peter and Karren will ensure that your stay will be worthwhile.
HOW TO GET THERE
From Coonamble follow the Castlereagh Highway and turn left into Blueys lane around 3km North of the right hand bend in the Highway. Approaching from the North this is the first on the right after a right hand curve on approach to Coonamble.

THINGS TO DO
Shed Tour
Come visit the Shed including the Alcheringa collection, have a look at farm and house hold items from the last century and how people lived and worked in the bush for a small fee of $10.
Horse and Cart rides
From a short 20min run to the banks of the Castlreagh river to a full tour of the town Nakadoo have packages to suite all tastes and time frames.
Animal Nursery
Come and meet some of the residence at Nakadoo from Wooly the highland longhorn Steer to calves, lambs, chooks and much more. this is included in the cost of the Museum tour.
Rodeo Contractors
Nakadoo is also well renowned Rodeo stock contractors. They can run an event from a small bull ride in a beer garden to a full blown full day event.
