Muckadilla Hotel (CG)

The Muckadilla Hotel is situated 40km from the townships of Roma to the east and Mitchell to the west on the Warrego. The hotel boasts quite a long history having been built in 1912, today in 2010, “The Pub at Mucka” as it is known by the locals is still a great pub to visit. Whether you’re a local from the region or travellers with a van touring the outback, the Muckadilla Hotel should be on your list as a “Must Stop Here”.

The bar being open for nearly 100 years still opens every day at 10am. Cold refreshing beer and other beverages can be purchased along with counter meals from lunch time every day. The original bar burnt down in 1960 and was rebuilt not long after in its current form, included in the rebuild was a 9 room motel.

Located right on the Warrego Highway in the middle of town. Access is wide enough to fit all size vehicles.
