Moura Tyre Centre and Fabrication is a family-owned business run by father and son team Dan and Kayden. Dan, a qualified mechanic, looks after the tyre side of the business while Kayden does the fabrication work.

No matter what you’re driving, they can supply, fit and balance tyres for your vehicle. They have tyres to suit anything from passenger cars and 4WDs to trucks, agricultural machinery, and motorbikes. And of course, they can look after your caravan, motorhome, or camper trailer tyres as well.

Moura Tyre Centre and Fabrication carry a range of tyres from leading brands including Bridgestone, BF Goodrich, Mickey Thompson, Maxxis, and Michelin. They offer free tyre inspections and pressure checks and, with more than 35 years’ mechanical experience, Dan can also take care of wheel alignments, batteries, brake, and suspension work, and services. And if you have a flat tyre and are stuck by the roadside in the Moura area, they also offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service.

In his fabrication work, Kayden will take on anything from small jobs to large projects. He can custom make whatever you need or carry out fabrication repairs. He offers MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding, sheet folding, lathe work, and pipe bending, and can carry out the work either in his own workshop or at another site. He is also available for sandblasting and painting work, and rates are competitive.

HOW TO GET THERE
Theodore Road runs off the Dawson Highway near the northeastern edge of Moura. If coming from Banana, it’s the first left as you enter the town. If coming from the west, travel through the town, and Theodore Road is on the right just before you leave Moura. Look for Rotary Park on the corner. Moura Tyre Centre and Fabrication is on the right a short distance down the road, next to Mitre 10.

SITE ACCESS
The workshop has a double-truck bay, so can accommodate large vehicles. There is plenty of room for parking and turning out the front.
