Situated next to the Lake Albert Caravan Park on the shores of Lake Albert, you will find Meningie’s Cheese Factory Restaurant where history and culinary delights await you. Owner Sandeep and his team offer you friendly, courteous country hospitality along with a great dining experience that specialises in local produce and superb wines.

The cosy bar and large barn-like dining room that is decorated with old farming implements offers a large variety of meals and is open for lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks. You will be pleasantly surprised by the friendly and relaxed atmosphere and great service of this hidden treasure. The restaurant provides a warm wood fire in winter and air conditioning in summer or you can just sit back and relax with a glass of wine in the courtyard and sample some of the chefs amazing creations.

Enjoy a meal from a large continental selection in the restaurant which is open
for Lunch from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm and for Dinner from 5:30pm – 10:00pm , Tuesday through to Sunday. Wednesday nights 5.30pm -10pm is Schnitzel Night and includes a Salad Bar.

Don’t forget to try the very popular and delicious Coorong mullet with the homemade mayo.
