Mays Bend Campground offers bush camping near the edge of the Darling River near Bourke to fully self sufficient vehicles only since there are no facilities in the area. The site is accessible to caravans and big rigs with area suitable for tents.

HOW TO GET THERE
 Travel North from Bourke on the Mitchell Highway and at North Bourke take the right hand turn of the highway (Cunnamulla).  After 5.6km turn right onto Bullamunta Rd and continue for 3.6km where you keep right a further 1.4km to the campground.  This is all gravel road and sections can be rough after rain.

SITE ACCESS
 There are camping areas on upper and lower banks (unless the river is very high – unusually) and plenty of open flat area on top.

There is no charge for the use of this facility, so if you are staying at this site we encourage you to help keep it clean, and please visit and support the local community.
