The campground has 30 individual camp sites: five are suitable only for tents, 16 for tents or regular size campervans and nine can accommodate caravans, camper trailers and large campervans.
There are also four ‘open’ camping areas (without individual sites) each of which can accommodate four tents and has parking for larger vehicles.

SITE ACCESS
8km from Preston Beach via Preston Beach Road and Preston Beach Road North. 60km from Mandurah via Forrest Highway or Old Coast Road to Preston Beach Road and Preston Beach Road North. 65km from Bunbury via Forrest Highway, Preston Beach Road and Preston Beach Road North Preston Beach Road North is unsealed.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions.

FEES & BOOKINGS
Fees are from $11/adult per night, $7/concession card holder per night, $3/child per night (over 5 and under 16 years)

Bookings cannot be made for Martins Tank Lake.
All visitors must register with the campground hosts before setting camp. Campers with confirmed bookings only may set camp from 12pm (midday) on the day of arrival and must clear their camp site(s) before 12pm (midday) on the day of departure.
The campground is popular during school holidays and weekends from October to April, particularly public holiday weekends. Be prepared with an alternative place to stay at these times in case the campground is full.
We cannot give any guarantee of availability of camp sites and we cannot respond to enquiries for specific availability information.

FACILITIES
Martins Tank Lake campground features a camp kitchen with gas barbeques, a gas burner for cooking pots, dishwashing sinks, food preparation surfaces, dining tables and benches. There are also open-air gas barbeques.

THINGS TO DO
A 6km return walk trail extends from the entrance to the campground to a bird hide on the shores of Lake Pollard where visitors can see the many and varied resident and, from October to April, migrant birds. The nearest and most accessible spot for swimming and fishing is outside the park boundaries at Preston Beach, 8km from the campground.

GUIDELINES
Campfires are usually permitted in two communal fire pits between April 1 and November 30 but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Bring your own firewood.
Generators are permitted except in the individual tent-only camp sites.
Campers’ are encouraged to follow the simple principles of Leave No Trace to minimise the environmental impact of their visit.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
