The hotel welcomes guests in motorhomes and caravans. There is a large flat grassy area at the back of the hotel. They also offer affordable accommodation if you’re looking for an alternative. The almost century-old Maidenwell Hotel was built in 1913 by John King. The hotel is now being run by Gordon and Debbie Pye. Very few hotels can claim to still be alive and well after a hundred years of operation! They have good, filling meals – including great pizzas! – starting on Wednesday lunch until Sunday lunch. There are special events, live entertainment, great music and a social club open for membership.
On top of these, the hotel is known for two other things – its warm brand of country hospitality and a pleasant, enjoyable atmosphere.
