Leaning Marri Campground – D’Entrecasteaux National Park (CG)

Leaning Marri features 6 camp sites suitable for tents, small campervans and camper trailers as well as a group campsite with a shared shelter. All sites are shady and well protected from the wind. Caravans and larger campervans are not permitted.

SITE ACCESS
20km from Pemberton via Vasse Highway and Ritter Road. Ritter Road, within Warren National Park, is and unsealed road suitable for two wheel drive vehicles.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions

FEES & BOOKINGS
Fees are from $8/adult per night, $6/concession card holder per night, $3/child per night (over 5 and under 16 years)

No bookings, this Park has a site entry or Ranger station, payment in cash may be required.

The campground is very popular during school holidays and weekends from October to April, particularly public holiday weekends. Be prepared with an alternative place to stay at these times in case there is no suitable site available. We cannot give any guarantee of availability of camp sites and we cannot respond to enquiries for specific availability information.

FACILITIES
Facilities include picnic tables, wood barbecues and toilets.

THINGS TO DO
Take a stroll on the boardwalk at Yeagarup Lake and enjoy fantastic photo opportunities and spectacular vistas of the lake and the nearby Yeagarup Dunes. A four-wheel drive track traverses the Yeagarup Dunes from Yeagarup Lake to Yeagarup Beach providing the adventurous visitor with some exciting driving.

GUIDELINES
Campfires are usually permitted, in the provided fire rings only, between April 15 and November 30 but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Bring your own firewood. When fire restrictions are in place campfires must not be lit and any appliance powered by burning solid fuel must not be used. Always comply with any instructions at campgrounds and parks.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
