The Lawrence Tavern is now RV Friendly! So come and camp at the tavern for an overnight stop or stay as long as you wish. They have a camping area behind the tavern. Here you have access to power and other amenities. There is also a fully self contained cottage available adjacent to the tavern if you feel like a break from your van. There is a bistro which is a local favorite! It is family friendly and can cater for a wide range of functions, including birthday, Christmas and other parties.
HOW TO GET THERE
Access from the south via Grafton is best from Queen Street, follow this until it turns into Grafton-Lawrence Road then follow for approx 27km North. The Tavern entrance runs direct off Bridge Street. You can also approach from the North via Summerland Way, turning into Pringles Way and following for approx. 18km to Bridge Street.
SITE ACCESS
Access is direct off Bridge Street, and there is a wide entrance to the side of the Tavern which leads to the level grassed area at the rear of the tavern.

Lawrence Tavern has something different happening everyday and every week! Ranging from live entertainment acts to wood-fire pizza evenings to happy hour.
You may also visit the Lawrence Museum in Merton street. It shows memorabilia from the town’s early history. It also displays items from the early period of Australian telecommunications and broadcasting. The museum is open to group tours of history enthusiasts and visitors interested in the culture of Lawrence.
