Waterfront Holiday Park at Tailem Bend is a short drive from many “must see” destinations.
All the day trips you might plan out of Adelaide as a lot easier from Tailem Bend as there is zero city traffic to deal with.
The Murray River is an integral part of our park, with beautiful views over the river and access to the river from our private water frontage. The Bend Motorsport Park is 5 minutes away and Adelaide is just a 50 minute drive along the South Eastern Freeway with no traffic lights! Our park is being re-imagined, with huge grassed sites under a canopy of shady trees, easy access is engineered into the wide roads and generous sites, whether you book a drive-through or a reverse in site, even large vans can stay connected to the tow vehicle if you wish.
Clean modern amenities with filtered river water are central to most sites and access is easy! Self Service Check In is an easy process with the airconditioned Self Service Reception outside automatic security gates. Our park security includes CCTV and electric gates to ensure your stay is safe and hassle free. Amenities are open 24 hours to our guests with no annoying code pads on them. Friendly staff are on-site to assist if required and multiple phones and intercoms are provided for you.

THINGS TO DO

Tailem Bend is the perfect location to make Waterfront Holiday Park your base to explore this amazing region. From the park we have a range of easy drives and day trips to Goolwa, Victor Harbour, Langhorne Creek, Barrossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and Coorong. Travel to the wild side by visiting the Monarto Safari Park. If you have a need for speed, we are a perfect location to enjoy the races at The Bend Motorsport Park. You can also take a walk through Old Tailem Town and visit multi award winning Tailem Bend Bakery. Within less than an hours drive you can visit the stunning National Motor Museum at Birdwood, or the Mannum Boat Museum at Mannum or enjoy a cruise with the Captain Proud Cruises based at Murray Bridge.
