The Outback Oasis Caravan Park is a quiet and green family-owned park situated off the main road in Carnarvon, the gateway to the Ningaloo Coast.

Our award-winning park caters to all types of travellers and has facilities to suit all budgets. We offer shady, grassed sites; some come with concrete slabs or an option for a drive-through.

Our modern Bedroom Cabins are ideal for couples. They’re fully self-contained and have a spacious living and dining area, separate bedroom, new bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Every cabin has a sofa bed available for use upon request.

Our fully self-contained Family Cabins are perfect for families or small groups. Each cabin has a queen bed in the open living area and an extra room with a set of bunk beds. All of our accommodation has air conditioning and includes linen and towels.

The Outback Oasis Caravan Park facilities are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Cool down in our swimming pool or relax in our entertainment hut with billiards or a game of table tennis. Cook up a storm in our camp kitchen and catch up on your washing using the laundry facilities. During peak season join us in our weekly game of Bingo.

To stock up on supplies, we are only 700 meters from a supermarket, hardware store, and Bottle shop. We are a pet-free Caravan Park.

THINGS TO DO
Ideally situated between the Shark Bay and Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Areas, Carnarvon is a great place to rest, relax and recharge. Enjoy an abundance of tropical fruit, vegetables and seafood whilst learning about the fascinating Indigenous and colonial pioneering heritage. The town’s Carnarvon Tracking Station is also known for the role it played in the manned space program in the 1960s and 1970s, relaying the first steps of man on the moon to television stations in Australia. Learn all about it whilst exploring the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum, which includes the Tracking Station and the OTC Satellite Earth Station.

The Fascine is a picturesque bay in Carnarvon favoured by locals and popular with visitors. Take a gentle stroll along the boardwalk on the oceanfront to admire the coconut and cotton palms that line the path. Stop for a picnic on the grass and stay until sunset where you will witness a stunning Western Australian sunset. Take a swim in the ocean, build sandcastles on the pristine sandy beach, or throw out a fishing line and try and catch the evening meal. Take in the Lighthouse Keepers Cottage Museum and Railway Museum as you explore the Carnavon Heritage Precinct.

Just 75 km north of Carnavon you will witness the natural phenomenon and dramatic spectacle of the natural Blowholes and king waves. Go for a swim, or enjoy a spot of kayaking or fishing at Pelican Point.

Those wishing for a bit more adventure won’t be disappointed by venturing out into the surrounding region to explore the Gascoyne’s raw and picturesque coastline located to the north and rugged inland locations such as the Kennedy Range and Mt Augustus national park to the east.
