Kilcoy Showgrounds Dump Point (DP)

The Dump Point is located within the Showgrounds. It is free to use. Follow the bitumen track past the caretakers residence at the front. If he is there, he likes you to check in, if not proceed towards the buildings and the dump point is located between the toilet block and the shed. It is easy access, and you can drive through to turn around in open space.

There is a hose on site, but the water is not suitable for drinking.

Dump Points are sites especially designed for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) to dispose of their waste, including Grey and Black Water, and Sewerage in an environmentally safe way.

Some Dump Points will have a hose provided for the rinsing of your holding tanks. Be mindful that these hoses may have been used to clean waste, and in no circumstances should be used to fill your drinking water tanks.

Some Dump Points also use recycled water, not intended for drinking. If drinking water is available at these sites, it should be clearly marked. If it is not marked as such, avoid using it as potable water.
