Great free camp.
Located just south of the small township of Yuleba is Judds Lagoon. This site sits alongside Rocky Creek. It is a large site that caters to all-size rigs. The majority of the sites are on flat-level gravel, with some limited grassed areas. There are several sites overlooking the lagoon itself. The lagoon itself is good for a spot of fishing and several other campers reported catching a few Yabbies. It is a very tranquil and pleasant spot to spend a few days. There are some shaded sites available and it is pet friendly.
HOW TO GET THERE
The location information below has been checked by FRC at the time of publication as far as possible and may be used as a GPS reference.
SITE ACCESS
Access is off the Warrego Highway just east of Yuleba. Turn off the highway direct into Forestry Road and follow for about 2km before you get to a sharp left-hand bend, continue along to Mongool Road, then left into Judds Lagoon Road. The road is now bitumen right to the campsite. There are a couple of low hanging branches near the entrance, but may only pose a problem if over 3.5m
