IGA Toogoolawah

The Toogoolawah IGA is open 7 Days a week until 7pm weekdays and 6pm on the weekends. It is conveniently located in the main street of Toogoolawah and for anyone staying in the Free Camp at the Old Railway Station, it is just an easy walk across the road.

The store has significant history dating back as far as 1906 and operated by the Esk District Co-Op, so it is very much a local store run by passionate local people who love campers and travellers calling in when staying in town or passing through.

They take pride in the store which is well stocked and presented with a full range of grocery items and offering the IGA 200% Guarantee of Freshness and Quality. This means you don’t need to stock up before your stop over at Toogoolawah, you can shop local instead and support this great little Queensland town. Or if you are travelling further south, the Co-Op, also own and operate the Esk Friendly Grocer.

Like all IGA’s, the Toogoolawah store is a proud supporter of local and Aussie producers and source a range of local produce where possible. HOW TO GET THERE
Toogoolawah is located about halfway between Esk and the D’Aguillar Highway turn off from Kilcoy. Follow the Brisbane Valley Highway to the township. You can enter town via Dingyarra Street to the north, then second left into Cressbrook Street, or direct onto Cressbrook Street if approaching from the south. The IGA is about halfway down the main street and clearly marked.

SITE ACCESS
If you are just stopping for a while and don’t want to unhitch the caravan, there is room to pull over in the main street, provided it is not too busy. Failing this, you can pull into the old Railway Station area halfway down the main street and there is parking along the back of that and you can drive down the other end to get back out. If you are staying at the free camp you can simply walk over.
