Culburra Beach Tourist Park is one of twelve unique parks that make up the Holiday Haven Tourist Parks group of caravan parks, located in the Shoalhaven area on the NSW South Coast. Spanning from Kiama to Batemans Bay.
With direct beach access, this park is located at Culburra Beach right at the mouth of the Crookhaven and Shoalhaven Rivers. It offers superb access to one of Australia’s best deep-water and estuarine fishing areas making it an anglers paradise. This is an ideal place to stay whilst exploring the Shoalhaven area.
The park offers a wide range of caravanning and camping options. Powered sites are on spacious grassy areas with power and water and close to the amenities block. Their minimum site size is 8.5m x 8.5m, and larger sites are up to 10m x 13m. There are various areas around the park suitable for caravans, motorhomes & tents.
Their grass ensuite sites are available for travellers that want to camp with the luxury of a bathroom and feature a corner bath with shower, toilet & hand basin. A broad range of onsite cabins are onsite should you wish to have a break from the van, or if you are looking to meet up with family or friends who might not have camping equipment.
The park is clean and very well maintained. It has some excellent facilities, especially for kids with the wide open spaces and a selection of recreational facilities such as the childrens playground, jumping pillow and a mini golf course. They will also love the solar assisted swimming pool with an aquatic playground. There are 3 amenities blocks for your convenience and a full range of facilities are outlined below.
HOW TO GET THERE
Easiest access to the park is via Nowra. Take the Greenwell Point Road and follow for about 8.6km until you get to Pyree Lane which then turns into Culburra Road. Follow this a further 10km to Prince Edward Avenue and then continue along Prince Edward Avenue a further 2.5km to the entrance which will be on your right.
SITE ACCESS
The entrance is directly off Prince Edwards Avenue, it is sealed, wide and level. Pull over before the boom gates in the allocated spaces and let reception know you are have arrived.

Fees are from $55/night for Powered sites
$65/night for an Ensuite site;
Cabin Prices range from $145/night for Heron Cabin up to $220/night for Albatross Cabins.

Shoalhaven Zoo – Shoalhaven Zoo is the largest zoo on the NSW South Coast, bringing together over 100 species of native and exotic mammals, birds, and reptiles.
Crookhaven Heads Boat Ramp – Watch the boats coming and going, the trawlers pass through in the mornings and afternoons.
