Located in the town of Mansfield in the foothills of Victoria’s picturesque northeastern ranges, High Country Mechanical and Farm Services is available for all your mechanical needs and more.

Owner Scott Ersvaer will look after all servicing and repair requirements for cars and 4x4s. He can repair both minor and major issues, from something as simple as replacing wiper blades, to changing filters, through to carrying out repairs and maintenance on systems such as cooling or heating. Other services include fitting tow bars and other accessories, replacing and installing batteries and repairing damaged wheel rims. Scott also does a variety of other specialty jobs, so if there’s something in your vehicle or caravan that isn’t working as it should, give him a call to see if he can help.

In addition to undertaking jobs in the workshop, Scott also offers a mobile service in Mansfield and surrounding areas, so if you’ve broken down or can’t get to the workshop for some other reason, he can come to you. Or if you take your vehicle to the workshop and have somewhere you need to go while your car is being worked on, he can drop you off and pick you up again when the work’s done. FRC Premium Club Members can also receive a 10% discount on labour costs.

HOW TO GET THERE
Early Street is close to the intersection of the Midland Highway and High Street (Maroondah Highway). If you’re on the Midland Highway, the road divides when you enter Mansfield. Early Street is the next street on the right after the divide (not the one where the divide starts), opposite a shopping area with off-street parking. High Country Mechanical and Farm Services is on the left near the other end of the street, next to Mansfield Printing.

If coming from the west on the Maroondah Highway, turn left into Kitchen Street just after the road divides (hardware store is on the corner). Early Street is then the first on the right, and the workshop is a short distance along on the right.

If coming from the east on the Maroondah Highway you can either turn right at the roundabout onto the Midland Highway and take the first left into Early Street or continue past the roundabout and take the next right into Kitchen Street.

SITE ACCESS
There’s a parking area next to the workshop and also some space at the front. For those driving large vehicles, there’s plenty of turning room.
