Gunalda Bush Camping (HO)

The Gunalda Bush Camp is establishing itself to provide basic camping for travellers in Gunalda.  As a part of its establishment, we are looking for travellers that may be able to assist with general gardening, preparation works and general maintenance in return for a place to camp.

The property is on 68 acres of bushland and registered with Land for Wildlife so the Kangaroos, Goannas and other wildlife roam free or in the case of birds, there is an abundance of them.  A seasonal creek on the property and a dam provides water for the wildlife. The terrain is undulating but there is adequate flat land for tents to large motorhomes and fifth wheelers.

Gunalda is situated off the Bruce Highway 25 km north of Gympie, it has a Hotel, General store selling ice and a variety of meats veggies & fruit with Post Office, Real estate Office, hairdresser, bakery, old wares shop etc.  A Service Station is just nearby if requiring fuel etc.
