Fishery Falls is one of the most Beautiful spots to Camp!
The Camp spots we stayed in was in Pic 2 and was quite close to the amenities block which were nice and clean and spacious, nice hot showers, nice cold Pool, Barbecue, Cooking Large Tv Area and very respectful neighbours that were quite a long distance apart so we couldn’t hear anyone else unless they were driving past.
It was so quite and peaceful just chatting with friends over a few drinks with some quite music in the background, and they have other Campsites Powered and non Powered away from other people by a Beautiful running creek, which we will stay next time we stay their.
It’s that sort of place once you get there you just don’t want to leave also, as it’s only a short drive from Cairns and Gordonvale if you need any thing from the shops and close the Pub is in walking distance for Lunch and Dinner.
And believe me it’s a place you definitely want to go and visit and stay for the weekend but 1 week or more is my recommendation to relax.
Over the whole time we were there, there was no flies, mosquitoes. Normally I’m the one that gets bitten by everything around.
So make sure Fishery Falls is definitely the place to visit but be respectful of the surroundings and keep it beautiful for everyone!
Cheers Mark Barnett
