Dales campground features 140 sites that can accommodate large rooftop tents, large campervans, large caravans and large camper trailers. Tents are permitted but the compacted gravel surface of the sites may make pitching a tent difficult and it may be uncomfortable without a thick sleeping mat or mattress.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions.
FEES & BOOKINGS
Fees are from $11/adult per night, $7/concession card holder per night, $3/child per night (over 5 and under 16 years)
No bookings, this Park has a site entry station, payment in cash may be required.
Advance booking cannot be made.

November to April can be extremely hot and this is cyclone season. Heavy rainfall is particularly dangerous in the park’s gorges. The park can be closed without notice: check alerts for notification of parks closures.
FACILITIES
Shared use gas barbeques and picnic tables are provided. Showers are available at Karijini Visitor Centre (11km from the campground).

THINGS TO DO
Walk trails of varying lengths, gradients and surfaces lead to lookouts over the gorges, waterfalls and pools. Some take you deep into the gorges and pools where you can swim. There are many other walk trails in and around the numerous gorges of Karijini and to the summit of Western Australia’s second highest peak, Mount Bruce (Punurrunha).
GUIDELINES
Campfires and solid fuel stoves and other appliances are not permitted at any time.
Campers’ are encouraged to follow the simple principles of Leave No Trace to minimise the environmental impact of their visit.
Very few campgrounds have waste bins – take all waste with you when you leave.
