Edgell Park Rest Area is a 24 hour stop located across from the Tourist Information Centre with a public Dump Point located within the grounds.
HOW TO GET THERE
Entering Cowra from the East continue through town for Grenfell/Young and 250m after the bridge over the Lachlan River turn left into Lachlan Valley Way (Young); the park is only 50m on the left. If travvelling form Young the park is clearly visible before the road junction and if coming from Grenfell turn right into Lachlan Valley Way 250m before the bridge.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Dump Points are sites especially designed for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) to dispose of their waste, including Grey and Black Water, and Sewerage in an environmentally safe way.
Some Dump Points will have a hose provided for the rinsing of your holding tanks. Be mindful that these hoses may have been used to clean waste, and in no circumstances should be used to fill your drinking water tanks.
Some Dump Points also use recycled water, not intended for drinking. If drinking water is available at these sites, it should be clearly marked. If it is not marked as such, avoid using it as potable water.

Recently stopped at Edgells Park, Cowra and found it to be great. Clean facilities along with well maintained lawns and picnic areas. Plenty of parking space.

Yes, there is a separate tap beside the dump point.
