The Clarence Visitor Information Centre – Grafton shows a 12 minute film which gives a brilliant overview of the area. The theatrette caters for individuals or large groups. Free WiFi is also available.

There are special displays of Aboriginal art (not for sale), National Parks and local products. A wide range of brochures are available covering within, and outside, the Clarence Valley area. Maps and souvenirs are also available to purchase.

The Clarence River Visitor Information Centre is an outlet for the work of the members of the Clock Tower Gallery and other local Clarence Valley artisans – local arts and crafts include handcrafted needlework, knitting, bead work, woodwork, leatherwork, pottery, photography and paintings. Local product is also available, including jams, relishes, olives, sauces, and coffee.
