This site is located on the site of a small Water Hole just out from Chinchilla. It is a relatively small site that can only fit a few vans, and although close to the road, it is a relatively peaceful setting.
The sites are level and shady and it is and ideal spot to drop in a kayak or canoe. Pets are welcome if kept under control. It is best suited to fully self contained campers as there are no facilities on site.
It is a free site so you are encouraged to help keep it clean and please support the local town and community that provide this service.
ACCESS
Access is via the Chinchilla-Wondai Road approximately 5km from town. It has good access to the site for all size rigs. If approaching from Chinchilla, there is a reasonably tight right hand turn into the site.
FACILITIES
There are no facilities on site other than a picnic table, shelter & waste bins.
