Buccarumbi Campground is one of the primitive campgrounds the Council has approved which is located along the Nymboida River. These campgrounds ensure that campers can continue camping while addressing the impacts of camping on the environment, day visitors, and local communities.

The site is suitable for tents and caravans. It is also dog friendly but have to be registered first and on leash at all times. Please observe the Camping Reserve Rules at all times.

HOW TO GET THERE
The Buccarumbi Campground is on the Old Glen Innes Road just after it crosses the Nymboida River 50km West of Grafton.

FEES & BOOKINGS
There is no charge for the use of this facility, so if you are staying at this site we encourage you to help keep it clean, and please visit and support the nearest town or village.

CAMPING RESERVE RULES
Take your rubbish with you
No vegetation is to be removed or damaged
Be considerate of other, keep noise to minimum, especially after 9pm
Vehicles including motor bikes must not be driven around the camping area un less arriving at or leaving the camping reserve
Firearms are not permitted
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
Dogs must be registered and on a lead at all times

THINGS TO DO
The site is perfect spot for fishing and swimming.

Great campground. Sadly, a local has influenced Council to remove toilet block. Same local that herds a few cattle each weekend to graze the site. Cattle can be herded elsewhere, andthere is enough ‘out of the way’ areas to squat!
