Many showgrounds offer affordable and convenient locations to camp, especially for larger RV’s. Many will also permit pets. However, many showgrounds are closed at certain times of the year due to the Annual Show or other events. It is always best to check their web site or call ahead to avoid disappointment.
We welcome caravans, motorhomes and campers at the Boonah Caravan Park. The Boonah Caravan Park is located at the Boonah Showground’s. Experience wonderful country hospitality, great camping and rates in the heart of the Scenic Rim, only 5 minutes’ walk to Town. Facilities include Hot showers & toilets housed in a brand new amenities block, disabled access. Laundry, Camp kitchen, Walk to the shops, Free dump point on site, Large powered campsites available, drive thru sites.
HOW TO GET THERE
If approaching from the north take the first left (Walter Street) after the roundabout, then left again into Cossart Street, entrance is at the end. From the South, turn right into Walter Street, just before the roundabout.
