Located on the Gregory Highway at Basalt, between Charters Towers and Greenvale, Bluewater Springs Roadhouse is open seven days a week and is an ideal stopover to fill up with fuel, have a meal or snack, or to spend some time resting from your travels.

There is both unleaded and diesel fuel available, and if you need to fuel yourself, the café has a varied selection including all-day or light breakfast, hot snacks, sandwiches, burgers, main meals, desserts, hot and cold drinks, snack foods and ice-creams.

If you’d like to extend your stay there is also an on-site campground which, though small, can accommodate RVs of all sizes. Sites are grassed, and power, toilets and showers are available. The campground is surrounded by trees, providing plenty of shade, and there is a sheltered picnic area with a table. Fires are permitted, though pets are not.
