The Seymour Holiday Park is part of the Big4 Network, an Australian-Wide network of holiday parks and accommodation. Big4 Seymour is situated on the banks of the Goulburn River less than 100km north of Melbourne. The park offers accommodation options that range from Camping and Caravan sites through to Budget and Luxury Cabins set in a lovely bushland setting on 7 acres.

The Seymour Holiday Park is the perfect spot for families to enjoy a little fishing, canoeing, sightseeing, or for those looking for a relaxed leisurely weekend stay within easy access to all that the city has to offer.

Spacious shaded powered and unpowered sites cater for tent campers through to big rigs with numerous tent sites overlooking the Goulburn River. There are several drive-through sites, some sites with concrete slabs, and all sites have water and sullage. If you are looking to escape the van for a while, or meet up with family and friends that don’t have one, there are also a range of cabins on offer.

You will enjoy first-class amenities and facilities which are indicated below, including a Kiosk with basic groceries, beverages and tourist guides. The kids will love the jumping pillow and playground and adjoining the park is access to the public boat ramp for a day out in the boat fishing.

ACCOMMODATION
Cabins range from Budget through to Luxury and accommodate from one to six guests.  All cabins are fully self contained and have an en-suite bathroom, cooling and heating, colour television, DVD player and a verandah.

RULES
All cabins are non smoking and pet free.

HOW TO GET THERE
Take the main Hume Freeway exit for Seymour (C384) and continue 2.7km then turn right into Goulburn Valley Way; after 850m and a left-hand bend take the third exit at the roundabout (Goulburn Valley Way/Anzac Avenue. After 160m turn right into Guild Street and then after 400m take the third cross street right into Progress Street. Take the first right after 100m into Trevan Street.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a low-level bridge on Anzac Ave that some High RV’s will not fit under. There is a detour sign showing the way around if you are too high.

SITE ACCESS
Continue to the end of Trevan Street and drive straight into the Park. The first sign still states ‘Goulburn River Holiday Park’ this is the Big4 Park. Park at the boom gate and head to reception.

THINGS TO DO
Located at the base of the Tallarook Ranges, the Holiday Park, Seymour, and its surrounds have plenty to offer. Relax under a shady tree, have a picnic in one of the secluded picnic areas, go bush walking or bike riding. You can immerse yourself in the history of the area or visit some of the oldest wineries in the region. 

The Heritage Drive – will take you past 41 historical buildings dating from 1839, and follow the Ned Kelly Touring Route to learn more about the notorious bushranger.

Seymour is famous for its strong military heritage and the proximity of the Puckapunyal Military Base. Visit the Australian Light Horse Memorial Park, the Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Walk and nearby Australian Army Tank Museum to commemorate those who played their part in the past and present.

If you enjoy a Food and Wine experience there is plenty on offer. Be sure to visit the local markets, nearby wineries and there is the annual Taste of Goulburn event in October each year where you can sample some of the regions finest fare.

For more active guests, Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail 120km from Tallarook to Mansfield is a short distance from Seymour.

Stayed here twice. Great park with fire drums if required. But they don’t sell wood.?
