Situated in the Brisbane suburb of Brendale, AVR Automotive is a family-operated business that has been servicing the city’s north for more than 20 years. They carry out a full range of repairs and maintenance on all types of vehicles, both petrol and diesel, and specialise in ensuring that 4WDs are up to the challenge of touring even the toughest parts of the country.

Of course, safe braking is always essential, especially when towing or travelling off-road, and AVR Automotive can repair and maintain your vehicle’s brakes so they’re in top working order. They’ll also check that your tyres are in good condition and supply and fit new ones if needed. In addition, they can look after any suspension or steering issues and conduct wheel alignments.

If your air conditioning unit isn’t handling Brisbane’s weather as well as it should, AVR can test for leaks, regas, check for bacteria and mould, and carry out any repairs necessary. They’ll also look after your battery needs, keep your radiator and cooling system working efficiently, and carry out both general and logbook servicing. And if you need to prove your vehicle’s roadworthiness, they also conduct safety certificate inspections.

AVR Automotive’s spacious workshop has six vehicle hoists as well as plenty of space for other vehicles and is equipped with the latest diagnostic gear. The team are all highly-trained technicians and aim to get any work required on your vehicle done as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible, with all work covered by a 24-month warranty. And if you need transportation while your vehicle is being worked on, they have courtesy cars available.

HOW TO GET THERE
Kremzow Road runs westward off Gympie Road (Route 58). Those travelling along Gympie Road from the north can either turn right into South Pine Road (Route 28) then right into Kremzow Road or continue along Gympie Road and turn directly into Kremzow Road further along. From the south, you’ll turn left into Kremzow Road from Gympie Road.

The workshop is located behind Tile City, on the left about 100m west of South Pine Road, with the entrance from Kremzow Road between Total Tools and Tile City.

SITE ACCESS
There is plenty of off-street parking available and ample space for large vehicles to manoeuvre and to enter and exit the workshop.
