Says $13 for power and water on web site a night when you gat there signage also said $13 for power and water when you go to pay its$20 a night when they were told this they quickly changed the sign but not the web site very misleading as for the care taker not sure what he does hope his not getting paid unfriendly wouldn’t recommend would leave 0/10 if I could, I didn’t see the toilets cleaned in the time we were there and no signs saying to maintain safe covid practice

We stopped at Ashford in October 2016. It was easy to find. It was a lovely spot with good clean amenities and well grassed sites. At $13 a night for a powered site it was a real bargain as it included free use of the laundry. (Washer and dryer) There is no on-site manager. We paid for our site at the Rural Transaction Centre in the main street where the staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping in the village is for fuel and basics only. The only pub had closed but the local Bowling Club caters for drinks and meals. As a bonus you can stay for seven nights and only pay for six. We will be back again for sure.
