Arderns Caravan Park is a friendly park situated in the Ovens Valley, an easy 600 metre walk from the middle of Myrtleford. It is adjacent to the Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail and has direct access to the Happy Valley Creek. Arderns Caravan Park is an ideal spot for you to discover this amazing area with its stunning scenery and a host of tourist attractions. Myrtleford is situated within a major agricultural region, on the scenic Great Alpine Road between Wangaratta and Bright. The town has an attractive commercial centre set against the scenic backdrop of a dense forest mountain range. Arderns Caravan Park has 11 air-conditioned, fully self-contained cabins available and many spacious powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites, where pets are welcome. Many of the sites are shaded by the many beautiful trees in the park. Facilities include a free BBQ area, playground, spotless amenities, laundry and dump point. Pets are welcome (Conditions apply).

THINGS TO DO
There is a wide variety of Things to do in Myrtleford and the surrounding area. Tempting the taste buds are several wineries including the traditional Italian Michelini Wines close to the town centre as well as Gapsted Wines, located a few kilometres north-west of Myrtleford. Other agricultural industries in the area include farms of nuts, berries, fruit, pumpkin seeds and hops.

If you enjoy a more active lifestyle there is the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail – A scenic walking and cycling track from Wangaratta to Bright with a section extending out to Beechworth, or you can enjoy a round of golf at the Myrtleford Golf Club or ride or walk the river trail loop. Myrtleford is also just 20 kms from Lake Buffalo for water sports and fishing. There are many scenic drives in the area such as Mount Buffalo National Park, the Barwidgee Lavender Farm or visit the nearby towns of Beechworth, Yackendandah, Harrietville, Milawa, Porepunkah, and Bright. If you like things a bit different, take an adventure and alpine tour or visit the Red Stag Deer and Emu Tourist Farm Complex and Restaurant in Eurobin.
