Located just a 5 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD, Alltrac 4WD is a one-stop shop for all your 4×4 servicing, maintenance and repair requirements. They have been in the business for more than 20 years and are familiar with problems that can occur with particular makes and models. All of their technicians own and drive 4WDs so are aware of the need to keep these vehicles well maintained and the possible consequences of not doing so.

As well as general servicing, Alltrac can carry out new vehicle servicing that won’t affect the manufacturer’s warranty. They’ll also service any non-standard items that have been added to your 4WD, such as dual batteries or winches. If you’re on the road long-term or are about to head off on a trip, they also offer inspection and assessment to ensure your vehicle is up to the journey.

Alltrac 4WD are suspension and wheel alignment specialists and have their own laser wheel alignment and computer wheel balancing equipment, allowing them to carry out these jobs in house rather than having to trust them to outside contractors. They also have any suspension issues covered and are the distributor for the Ridepro range of springs and shock absorbers for South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Alltrac’s simple philosophy is “to ensure that the customer is always satisfied”, and aim to get the job done right the first time. They road test each vehicle before commencing work so that problems can be diagnosed correctly and will contact owners if any extra issues are found. After work has been completed, the technician will take the vehicle for another road test. The work will then be checked by a second technician, however this final check is not charged for as the Alltrac team believe that an unhappy customer having to come back is even more costly than the time taken to do the final check.

If you need a car while work is carried out on yours, Alltrac have a loan car available, but you’ll need to book it beforehand. All work carried out comes with a 12 month/20,000 km warranty. HOW TO GET THERE
Alltrac 4WD are located on South Road, just a couple of hundred metres south of the intersection with Sir Donald Bradman Drive, and opposite the intersection of South Road and Davenport Terrace.

SITE ACCESS
There is off-street parking for a few vehicles in front of the workshop. A laneway beside the building gives access to the rear of the premises. The workshop is large, with several servicing bays. Note that there is no on-street parking available along South Road, though there is in Davenport Terrace.
