* Deposits: A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required to secure a reservation and is charged to a supplied credit card. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
* Extra Person Fees: For all accommodation types, an additional fee of $10.00 per night is charged for each extra person over the age of two. Infants under two stay free of charge.
* Payment: The park accepts Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A 4% surcharge applies to all payments made with an American Express card. Cheques are not accepted.
* Cancellation Policy (Cabins/Villas): To receive a refund of the deposit, bookings must be cancelled seven or more days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made with less notice will forfeit the deposit.

* Ground Mats: To protect the turf, the use of any kind of ground mat or cover on grass sites is not permitted.
* Pet Policy: Caravan sites are pet-friendly. However, your pet must be kept on a lead at all times and not to be left unattended at any times.
* Campfires: Individual campfires on personal sites are prohibited.
* Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 12:00 PM for caravan sites and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests arriving later then 5pm should contact reception in advance.
* Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.

HOW TO GET THERE
Kingaroy Holiday Park is located at 48 Walter Road (D’Aguilar Highway), Kingaroy, with reception access via Evelyn Street. It is an easy drive from major centres in South East Queensland.
From Brisbane (approx. 2.5–3 hours): A straightforward drive via the Warrego Highway (A2) and then north along the Brisbane Valley Highway (A17) and D’Aguilar Highway (A17), which leads directly into Kingaroy.

From the Sunshine Coast (approx. 2.5–3 hours): The journey of about 206 km takes you west from the coast, connecting to the D’Aguilar Highway (State Route 85) at Caboolture. Follow this highway through Woodford and Nanango to reach Kingaroy.

From Toowoomba (approx. 2 hours): A direct 152 km trip north on the New England Highway (A3) to Yarraman, then turning onto the D’Aguilar Highway (A17) will take you through Nanango and into Kingaroy.
