The Jindera Recreation Reserve is a sports oval that the local council provides for use to camp for free. The entry to the sports complex is off Dight St. There are public toilets on the other side of the oval that campers can use. There is also water that can be accessed near the entrance near the covered car area.
On market days, there is no camping permitted.
