This is a great spot on the top of an extinct volcano. There is a great 1.7km walk around the top of the hill and toilet available. Pets are allowed on a leash. Unfortunately, it is a very popular camping spot for Melbourne families on weekends. It was very crowded and overrun with kids the night I stayed (Saturday) . I imagine through the week would be more peaceful. Campfires are also allowed (subject to fire ban) in the many designated fire pits.
