Head North from Broken Hill centre onto the Silver City Highway (Milparnka & Tibooburra) and just out of town, as the highway is about to take a right hand curve, bear left into Racecourse Road. The entrance is on the right after 1.7km.
FEES: This is not a free Public Dump Point but for a fee of $10 campers can use the Dp and fill their tanks. Please pay at the caretakers residence on the way in.
DUMP POINTS GENERAL INFORMATION
Dump Points are sites especially designed for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) to dispose of their waste, including Grey and Black Water, and Sewerage in an environmentally safe way.
Some Dump Points will have a hose provided for the rinsing of your holding tanks. Be mindful that these hoses may have been used to clean waste, and in no circumstances should be used to fill your drinking water tanks.
Some Dump Points also use recycled water, not intended for drinking. If drinking water is available at these sites, it should be clearly marked. If it is not marked as such, avoid using it as potable water.
