Located between Benalla and Albury Wodonga, Wangaratta is surrounded by historic hamlets, world-renowned wineries and Ned Kelly legend. Situated just two minutes from the main shopping centre and only a short distance from historical towns such as Beechworth, Rutherglen, Bright, Glenrowan, our park will cater for the weary traveller just relaxing overnight or for the holiday maker wishing to enjoy the sites of Wangaratta and surrounding districts.

Our park offers spacious, shady and grassed powered and unpowered sites where large motorhomes and caravans can be accommodated. Each site has water and sullage. We also provide a range of modern and immaculate cabins ranging from budget ensuite cabins all the way to luxury cottages.

We have clean, accessible amenities, as well as a fully equipped laundry for your convenience. Our park also provides an undercover barbeque area, kiosk and a swimming pool. We are only 10 minutes walk to the CBD, and our office can provide you with a wide range of local tourist information.

THINGS TO DO
Wangaratta boasts a prime position for a host of activities, festivals and tourist sites to enjoy. We are surrounded by historic hamlets offering many great museums and displays, with the world renowned Ned Kelly as legend around here. Explore the gold rush township of Eldorado and take a walk around the dredge, one of the largest of its type in the Southern Hemisphere. Take a drive out to Glenrowan and walk in the footsteps of Ned Kelly and his gang, or follow the heritage walk or the cemetery walk to find out more about Wangaratta’s past.

For the sporting enthusiast we have the Winton Motor Raceway Wangaratta Speedway, or play some golf at the Jubilee or Waldara Golf Courses and watch out for the wildlife. For the nature and outdoor lover we have magnificent lakes and streams, snow fields, mountains and more to explore. Take in the beautiful vistas at many vantage points in the Warby Ranges or King Valley.

For the food and wine connoisseur, we have the Brown Brothers winery, Millawa Cheese Factory and fruit and nut orchards. Enjoy the food and wine of the region, visit some cellar doors and farmgates and meet the makers of some truly delicious specialty cheeses, mustards, wines, sour dough breads, olives, berries and honey as well as jams, pickles and preserves.

There is great fishing in the local rivers and for the truly adventurous, hot air ballooning.
