This Dump Point is located on Clarkson Drive only 400m from Rainbow Beach Road. It is on the left hand side as you head out towards Inskip Point. The Dump Point has a small paling fence around it, but easily accessible. To the right of it is a water filling station. It is for drinking water and not for washing vehicles. There is no charge to use this dump point and it is available 24 hours a day.
Dump Points are sites especially designed for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) to dispose of their waste, including Grey and Black Water, and Sewerage in an environmentally safe way.
Some Dump Points will have a hose provided for the rinsing of your holding tanks. Be mindful that these hoses may have been used to clean waste, and in no circumstances should be used to fill your drinking water tanks.
Some Dump Points also use recycled water, not intended for drinking. If drinking water is available at these sites, it should be clearly marked. If it is not marked as such, avoid using it as potable water.
